Reprographics and Student Services Officer -

 

We are looking to appoint an experienced reprographics and student services officer to join our team of staff that are committed to supporting our college. The successful candidate will need to be able to work accurately, and be able to provide an efficient and effective reprographics service, along with general administrative support. The running of our student reception desk is also part of the role, ensuring all students queries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner. Will also support the provision of a friendly and efficient reception service for the College as and when required.

The hours of work will be fulltime (not term time), 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 30 minutes for lunch.

The pay band for the role is band 2 capped to mid-point (scp 11 to 14), which is £15,807 - £16,781.

Caretaker -

We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic caretaker to join our school team.   The successful post holder will be flexible in their work, with good general maintenance, caretaking and DIY skills.  Duties will also include locking and unlocking of the premises, being a primary key holder, attending call outs, basic maintenance & cleaning duties, maintaining stocks of materials, porterage and operating systems.

The hours of work will be 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday and this will be required 52 weeks of the year (less holiday leave depending on service).

The pay band for the role is Band 3 (whole range) £17,772 - £22,658.
